We get it—sometimes things don't work out the way you hoped. Maybe the fit isn't right, or you've changed your mind. No worries! At FENZFASHIONS, we want you to shop with confidence, so we've made returns, exchanges, and order cancellations as easy and stress-free as possible.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Great news—you can cancel most orders within 24 hours of placing them. Just contact us at support@fenzfashions.com, and we'll take care of it. If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it once it arrives.

How Returns Work

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags still attached).

  • Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to ship it back.

Exchanges Made Simple

Want a different size, color, or style? Easy. Just let us know, and we'll help you swap it out. If the item you want isn't in stock, we'll issue you a refund or store credit—your choice.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to show up.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

A Few Things to Note

  • Sale items and final clearance pieces are non-returnable.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item (oops, our bad!), please reach out right away—we'll fix it fast at no cost to you.
